Ticket swaps, or refunds must be done before the showtime in question.

There are two options for completing these: 

1. Please call (919) 929-8428 during our operating hours: Tuesday: 3:30 pm - 8 pm Wednesday - Sunday: 12:30 pm - 8 pm (We are closed Mondays). We require the Credit Card information for the card used to purchase the tickets to complete a refund. (CC Number, Expiration Date, and Billing Zip Code).
 
2. Email info@thechelseatheater.org providing the booking number, your name, and phone number. Refunds do not include the $1.00 per ticket processing fee.
